My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The setting was stunning with beautiful grounds and plenty of wildlife to enjoy. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, although not all of the amenities were quite up to par. While the spa facilities were wonderful and relaxing, I could have wished for a bit more variety in the dining options during breakfast. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to return.

My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall, with a beautiful setting, luxurious and spacious rooms, and excellent facilities. The staff made us feel very special and welcomed. However, soundproofing in the rooms could use improvement, as noise from neighbors was occasionally distracting. Our stay at the hotel was truly delightful, marked by a fantastic dining experience, particularly at the Terrace restaurant, which showcased incredible culinary talent. The spa facilities were a major highlight, providing a tranquil escape, although there was a minor hiccup with the in-room coffee machine. The staff were attentive and accommodating, but we did experience a small oversight regarding a birthday celebration acknowledgment. Overall, it was a memorable visit, and we are excited to return.

While the setting of the hotel is absolutely beautiful and provides a stunning backdrop for a special occasion, my recent experience fell short in several areas. The room, although lovely, had some issues, and the dining options were disappointing for the price we paid. The service lacked warmth, making my anniversary stay feel less welcoming than anticipated.
Rooms
7.0
The room was lovely but a bit dim and not as spacious as I remembered from my previous stay. Unfortunately, the view didn't match the expectations set by last year's visit.
Service
5.0
The service was rather impersonal and hurried, which made us feel a bit intimidated rather than welcomed. It seemed like the staff wanted to rush us rather than help us settle in.
Location
10.0
The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful grounds and impressive views, which made it a great backdrop for a celebration.
Dining
5.0
Dining at the Terrace restaurant was underwhelming, with bland food that didn't live up to the hotel's reputation. The prices felt steep for what was offered.
Facilities
6.0
The overall facilities were well-maintained, but they lacked the personalization and attention to detail I was hoping for, especially regarding dining experiences.
